About the Project
“I Belong. We Belong.” is a documentary and educational initiative that highlights how individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) thrive when their rights under the Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) Final Rule are honored.
The project features true, personal stories from individuals, families, and providers who are working together to build inclusive communities where every person can belong and live independently.

Our mission is to inform, empower, and inspire: ensuring individuals with I/DD and those who support them have access to the knowledge, tools, and confidence to build meaningful, self-directed lives.
